The Gratuity Act Fund
The Gratuity Act Fund was instituted in our company long before it was introduced by the government and became an ACT in our country. The Gratuity Act was introduced in 1950 much before it was introduced in our country in 1972.
Provident Fund Commissioner
We are amongst the selected few companies in India to have our Provident fund under our managment exempted by the provident fund commisioner
Family Welfare Policy
We have a family welfare policy since last 40 years, under which we provide school fee and text books for the children of our employees
Socio – Economic Development
Every year a part of earnings from the profit are used to promote socio – economic development
Opened Colleges
We have founded the Lallubhai Hakamchand Science College, Seth S.D. Arts College & Seth B.R. Commerce College in Mansa (Gujarat). We have also made contributions and are trustees at N.L. College (Malad).
Mathushree Dalshi Bai Charitable Trust
We have founded the “Mathushree Dalshi Bai Charitable Trust” where widows are given shelter at a nominal rent of Re.1 per year
Opened Girls School
We have a school for the girl child at Mansa (Gujarat) in the name of “Padamshree Vithaldas Hakamchand & Kasturba Kanyashala”
Donated 100 Wells
We have donated more than 100 wells in Gujarat for the farmers
Opened Gaushala
A 'Gaushala' under the name of “Mansa Gaushala Trust” to take care of 150 cows in Mansa.
Scholarship & Free Books
Providing Scholarships and free books to students up to std X in Mansa Village.
Lallubhai Amichand Medical Cell at Bombay Metal Exchange Ltd.
For the medical needs of the association members and benefactors. We have also made various donations to renowned hospitals such as Harkisondas Hospital, Bhatia Hospital, Jain Clinic etc. for the benefit of the poor and needy.
